Advanced reservations are recommended at the Texas Railroad Inn Bed and Breakfast. A credit card deposit will be required. Balances are due upon arrival.
Due to the limited number of guest rooms in our inn, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival or a full refund cannot be made. This also applies to credit card confirmations. Holidays and Special Events require a 30 day cancellation notice. Failure to cancel a reservation via phone or email in the specified timeframe may result in a surcharge of $25 to defray the cost of refilling a reservation. Cancellations made within one day of the reservation will be charged one full day's room rate.
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved and confirmed, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
Smoking Policy
For the comfort of everyone, the Texas Railroad Inn has a NO SMOKING policy inside the inn, however, smoking is allowed outdoors.
Payment
Payment of cash or check is preferred, however Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are also accepted.
